Winter weather can do a number on your skin. For those with eczema, psoriasis and acne, the colder months can be particularly problematic. I am one of those mentioned above. I am a dry winter skin human, really dry and really uncomfortable especially on my shins and around my waist. It has been so bad some years that I would scratch until I bled... But in the past 2 years here are some things that I have done that have changed how I support my wellbeing and in turn have reduced and eliminated my eczema. 1) I Drink more water, I use Lemon Oil in my water to keep my body hydrated and try to drink eight glasses a day. 2) I use Omega supplements ( Plant or Fish oil ) 3) Sugar Body Scrub in the shower!!!
