About ME - Melissa Johnson, B.Ed

My name is Melissa and I am a Trained Guided Meditation Facilitator, a Reiki Level 2 practitioner, and a doTERRA Certified Essential Oil Specialist.  I came into this world with a curiosity of what life's purpose might be and have continued to discover amazing evidence of the science the proves the miracle of life that surrounds us. I was guided towards wellbeing practices through a process that evolved over many years but it is easiest to say that healing with essential oil feels like home to me.

Workshops and Essential Oils

I am in the early stages of my practice right now and at this point I am using intuitive practices and essential oils to guide individuals and myself through a better understanding of the patterns they might have developed in their life and how these patterns are related to a possible dis-ease they might be feeling physically or emotionally.  A one on one online learning session  includes mindfulness-based stress reducing techniques such as awareness of breath, guided meditation paired with essential oils, and simple shifts in lifestyle that support developing sustainable wellbeing.
I am also helping others to create well being based business models of their own.
